Ceylon Cinnamon C5 Special
C5 Special is a high-quality grade of cinnamon that is available in Sri Lanka. It is considered the second-best grade of cinnamon available in the market. Like Alba Cinnamon, C5 Special is known for its unique character, taste, smell, and excellent flavour. It is particularly popular in the European market. In terms of size, the diameter of C5 Special varies between 6mm to 9mm.

C5 Special cinnamon is a versatile spice that can be used to enhance the taste of various desserts, such as biscuits, shortbread, fruit compotes, orange slices, apple tarts, fruit crumbles, and chocolate desserts. In Sri Lanka, it is a tradition to add a pinch of cinnamon to one's morning tea. A teaspoon of this cinnamon can also be used to reduce the amount of sugar in baked goods.
